About ChromeCharm

ChromeCharm is a free Chrome extension name generator that runs entirely in your browser.

It exists for one job: turning a blank "what do we call this extension?" moment into a shortlist of candidates worth reacting to. You type an optional seed word, pick a naming style and tone, and get brandable blends, descriptive names or simple titles built from curated word lists using the browser's secure random number generator.

What it deliberately does not do: check trademarks, check Web Store listings, or judge taste. Those are human jobs, and the naming guide explains how to do them. Generated names are brainstorming raw material — candidates, not cleared brands.

margin noteChromeCharm is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Google. "Chrome" refers to the browser users install extensions into.

The site is free, requires no account, sets no cookies and sends nothing anywhere. See the privacy policy for the full details.
